Children are our future and we feel that if we can offer them a fun and exciting way to learn about Christ that they will follow Him on their journey of life. At Mountain View Baptist Church we provide so many fun activities for our children that it is hard to list them all... here are just a few of the events you can look forward to:
- VBS is a week full of surprises with "hands-on learning" and lots of fun all culminating in the "grand finale" at the end of the week when the students put on a program to show their parents what they've learned. This week takes place during summer break and this year will be June 10 - 15, 2012. Please join us!!!
- Fall Festival- The Fall Festival is scheduled for October 28, 2012!!!
- Christmas programs- Remember what Christmas time was like when you were a child growing up? Remember the excitement that filled the air? Our children at Mountain View Baptist church are excited about Christmas too and it shows... During this season of joy the kids will participate in special musicals and activities that are not only fun but that teach the true meaning of Christmastime and why we should celebrate... Come, bring your whole family and join us as we celebrate the birth of our King !
- Easter Egg Hunt - This is no ordinary Easter Egg Hunt!! There are lots of activities including games, food and fun for the whole family. The story of the Resurrection is shared with each child. The Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for April 7, 2012!
- AWANA is held each Sunday evening, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Dinner is provided for all AWANA children. This program runs during the school year.
