Ministry Opportunity – Hellier, KY Another load of used clothing will be taken to Hellier, KY, by Bill Tolley. Clothing is needed for all ages (Infants-Sr. Adults). Please bring your items and place in the box by the Library by Feb. 5th.
Choir Practice – Practice is held each Wednesday, @ 8:00 pm. Please contact Donna McCray or Kelly Sams if you are interested in playing handbells.
We need your help!!! The Audio Visual Team needs some additional workers. We will teach you what you need to know about how to use the equipment,,so don't let that stop you from helping! If you are interested in being involved in this ministry in any way, please contact Kelly Sams.
AWANA is held on Sunday nights from 5 to 7pm, meal is provided. Our Children's Choir offers two classes: Ages 2yrs to 1st grade with Tammy McClain, 2nd -6th grade with Donna McCray.
MVBC Daycare now enrolling!!! Ages 6 wks – 5 years. Call the church office for more information. Youth - The annual HBC Student Conference @ Ridgecrest will be held March 30-April 1, for grades 7-12. Total cost is $110.00 (Regular attendees and unchurched friends - $55.00). Sign-up sheet is in the foyer. MVBC Inclement Weather Policy – MVBC will follow the Johnson CitySchool System’s Snow Schedule. Please note that when the Johnson City School System dismisses early or is closed completely, there will be no Wednesday night services or activities .The Church Offices and Daycare follow Johnson City School System Snow Schedule as well, Monday-Friday. If the JC Schools are out, then we are closed, and if they are on a delay, we are also.
We welcome Doug Harris who is serving as our pianist for the next several months!
A new Sunday School Class for college students begins on Feb. 5th. Patrick Hasty will be the teacher.
The ACS needs to contact @ least 75 cancer survivors in Washington County by 2/28. See bulletin.
